Appealed in 2018. We made a turnkey water supply system, heating (radiators and heated floors), sewage systems and boiler room piping for the guest house 100 m and a house 18 m. We chose the contractor according to the results of the tender for 3 companies. About a month before the start of work, Sergey traveled to the site and made recommendations for its preparation (we had to urgently plaster the boiler room and make a fine finish). A month later, a team of 3 people drove in, 2 were engineering communications specialists, and a third assistant (construction and electrical work). Done well and quickly, without the hassle. Work on the estimate, without surprises. This year we have addressed again, with a request to insert a water treatment system into the water supply system. Made with a bang, we were satisfied. During operation, the system is advised by phone. Probably, in case of emergency situations, they leave for the facility, but we didn’t have that. I recommend the company, but you should take into account that this is, after all, Kaluga, and not Moscow (although there is a Moscow office), and they are sufficiently loaded and will not leave for every sneeze. During the construction of a large house we also plan to use the services of the “Warm House”.

Required to make the installation of heating in a private house. Chose the company Warm House because of a more complete and detailed estimate, compared with other organizations, plus a well-executed contract, installation warranty. The work was done professionally, everything turned out beautifully. Minor comments, in the course of work, were quickly eliminated. Pressure testing system, leakage is not revealed. The launch of the boiler, too, was successful, all the batteries warmed evenly. The result pleased. Recommend.

Great company! They made heating under the key in the house of 200m2, 3 heating circuits with a gas boiler + a boiler of indirect heating. All wishes were taken into account, including the discount at the time of drawing up the contract and the discount at the end of the work. I have not met such a company for a long time.
