Belevskiy Khlebozavod

I am from Sergiev Posad, I was with my sister on excursions in Tula, and, of course, they could not resist in the shopping arcade in the Kremlin so as not to buy local treats. We have been eating gingerbreads for a long time, and they are sold everywhere, but Belevskaya pastille is not so common. At least, we tried it for the first time, the saleswoman suggested “Belev Traditions”. Somehow before I had a completely different product associated with pastila - marshmallow-like buns, so we were very surprised when we saw something like a pie. But it turned out that it was made exclusively from apples, protein and sugar, which surprised me - no E, preservatives, thickeners, sweeteners or other chemicals. We also bought crackers made from it, and I’ll tell you - this is the best snack! I was even more surprised when it turned out that it was being sold here in the Trinity-Sergius Lavra. Now pastel “Belev Traditions” is a frequent guest on our table! Thank you very much for healthy sweets!
