Интересное место у плотины, 2 детские площадки с деревянными качелями -лазилками. Спортивный уголок с 3 классными теннисными столами и баскетбольным кольцом, оборудованная площадка для прыжков со скейтбордами и самокатами. Берег реки Нары со старыми большими деревьями. Территория большая, но в плане растительности ещё головато. Здесь ветренно и похолоднее, чем в городе. Зато есть кафе Время есть, которое работает и в будни и в несезон, есть где посидеть, перекусить и погреться.
