The "manager" on the phone does not know how to communicate with clients. The production of a rather simple order was delayed for a month (several boards from laminated chipboard). In the presence of two of our phones, they did not call and did not notify that there was no texture / sticker on the chipboard, but you can replace it with any other, we learned about this problem when we had already arrived for the order. In the morning I called to clarify whether the order was ready, the "manager" on the phone, without specifying the order number, immediately said "no, call after lunch", we received real information only by the middle of the day.

Everything was done quickly and without unnecessary delays. Thank.

To the question: "what sizes (angle, leg, edge) can you make"; .... malicious sniffling into the phone then the answer is “I don’t want to measure and I’ll go” (why measure? ... probably these parameters should know). He asked the head of the phone (.... naive, I thought he would answer) - IT WOULD NOT BE BEST. Itself could not stand it .... indicated their GREAT approach to customers. Well done guys, keep it up! P.S. The most important thing is not the first time, and my acquaintances who have addressed have the same opinion. The bowl is full, I won’t go there anymore
