Furniture does not last a maximum of two years.

I paid and ordered a bed, three weeks later I was brought a part of the bed 1.6 m, and a part of the bed was 1.4 meters. For two weeks, this "set" is in my house, and I can not achieve a return or replacement of the goods. On the hotline, first they say that they do not answer for anything and they will contact me in two days (they have been contacting for a week already). Now just hang up.
