Terrible service delivery. We bought a table with a shelf for a child in Shatura on the 4th floor on July 2. The contract ended on 19 August. The table was brought on August 21, until I began to call to find out where our purchased table was. The manager said every time that there was no car to bring and it would have continued if I had not called the manager, whom I would like to thank for resolving this issue.

I really like the opportunity to visit several furniture stores at once, collected in one place, and not wander around the city in search of the desired option. We bought a sofa at MOON, and a wall and a table at Lazurite. In general, I can't say anything bad. This concept is a great time saver!

In a store on the 0 floor, where tables and chairs are sold, we came across a disgusting manager: boor, he messed up everything, ordered the wrong color of chairs. We waited more than 7 months until we were able to pick up the table because they brought it with a marriage and also several months (!) After ordering. I do not recommend it very much. We liked the store that sells furniture sets in the bedroom: polite staff, delivery times are met, everything came without a wedge. There is parking, including for disabled people. There is a lift.

We bought a sofa on the 2nd floor of the Hermitage on November 2, 2020, the seller is very qualified, helped in choosing a sofa and its design. Let's come back. In this department, this is our 3rd purchase.
