From Chekhov to Simferopolka we arrived somewhere +/- in 40 minutes. I liked the place, provided amenities for permanent life. So far, there are not many houses, but it can be seen that the entire village is being built up. Prices are different, but fair. Better to look once live than to doubt forever

We came across a cottage village "Emerald Valley" on the Internet. Before contacting the company, we looked at reviews about it, like approx. We talked to Valeria on the phone. Nice girl, lucidly explained about building a house and living conditions. On Saturday we will go to the village for viewing)

We were with the bride in the Emerald Valley at the beginning of the month. The village has water supply, electricity, gas is supplied to the border. It is possible to connect a fiber-optic Internet channel directly to the house. Wi-Fi operates on the territory of the village. The houses are all in European style with brick-like exterior finish. A children's and sports ground is equipped. A good village not only for recreation in the summer, but also for permanent residence. We were deeply impressed. At the end of the month we will go there again to look with a more “biased” view and, possibly, reserve a plot for ourselves.
