11/28/2019 went to a trial lesson and recklessly acquired a subscription for 60 annual lessons. What I do not regret. Went away 4 classes, the results are already on the face of -2 kg and it went decently in cm, where 2cm, where 4 cm. I have a sore back and after training on the tone tables the pain receded. Lightness appeared, the skin acquires a beautiful tightened look. Classroom trainers, lymphatic drainage, favorite roller massager, relaxation room with massagers for legs, arms, head, eyes, etc. Oxygen apparatus where you can breathe oxygen or drink a cocktail. Collagenarium, sauna blanket, massage bed, solarium ... The staff are cool, instruct in everything. And about nutrition and about the correctness of physical exercises. In vain did not go to this club before, listened to negative reviews about the inefficiency of the simulators. Such a lie. All on a personal example. The muscles plow thoroughly. The back is at rest. I definitely recommend the tonus club for those who suffer from back, heart and who are not allowed the usual habitual workouts. In the tone club, everything is correctly thought out. Today I attended a trial training. I was satisfied. Trainers are not as simple as they seem). Under the supervision of instructor Valeria, they worked out several exercises on them (my press is in shock)). At the end of all the simulators passed pressotherapy. I am delighted. I liked everything very much. Thank you very much!!!

A good club for the availability of great equipment. But, complete unsanitary conditions !!!!

I lost money in this club. My husband gave me a subscription (for 12,000 tons), I went down and I liked two. Then she got sick, could not go. But no one even warned me that I had certain dates for the visit. And all the money was gone. A scammer and not a club!

Wonderful club. I’ve been engaged in the club since its opening in Tula, for the 6th year already. Classes without much effort help me to always be in good shape and in a good mood. It is very important that when forming a training program, health contraindications are taken into account. It’s not possible to harm yourself here. I got a lot of new friends and acquaintances in the club. After all, in addition to classes, you find like-minded people, communicate with nice people. You can always laugh and joke with the girls. I want to note the attention and care from the instructors of the club.
