Although there is no repair, but it is much better to lie than in the infection in tula, first of all they feed well, in tula it is bad, secondly droppers and suspensions are treated into a vein, besides this, three times a day they give drugs, tablets. I have not been able to lie in a familiar week for Tule. In general, I would put the first place in the central part of the Tula region, minus one star for the dilapidated building and the lack of repair, well, everything was cleaned regularly, cleanly !!!
