In January 2020, we with a 10 month old baby got into the new building of the regional children's hospital. Arrived at the reception, we were met by a nurse and sent to a separate box for examination. The boxes are fully equipped from and to (waiting room, toilet room, examination room, scales, changing table, etc.) After being examined by a doctor, we went upstairs to the department. Friendly medical staff took us to a separate box, in the box there are all the amenities for mom and baby, nurse call buttons, radio, backlight 2, a lamp lamp, changing table, crib. The attention of the doctors struck me, each analysis, each procedure the doctor explains in an accessible language. Cleanliness and order in the department, strictly monitor the cleanliness of the chambers, the removal of garbage several times a day. I want to say thank you very much for such a modern hospital with all the amenities for children and mothers. I put a solid 5+.

The receiving department is * opa! One tiny waiting room for the whole hospital. Through it go and on fast, and with a temperature, and planned hospitalizations. Us awful !! The whole queue huddles indoors in the size of a kitchen in Khrushchev. The queue sits for hours, the children are hungry, the parents are angry. At the initial paperwork sits one ancient grandmother, who barely moves. Examines one pediatrician! For three hours they did not call anyone, the queue only grows and does not move at all !! Calls to the chief doctor are not answered - they are thrown onto the answering machine.
