The hospital is not bad, it has been lying many times, it’s happy with the treatment, but the wards are always full, there is one toilet for the entire ward, there are normal showers. For ten years I was observed with kidneys by a nephrologist, often in rheumatology, but now we were refused treatment with a city registration , but we only have one hospital in the whole city and another ambulance hospital but not in one there are no such departments as rheumatology, nephrology and what to do with where it is treated?

I have panic attacks and a fear of the queue, no one went to the meeting, there are no staff in this clinic who are in the position of patients, even the HEAD could not solve my problem, after a telephone conversation, I did not wait for me to ask all the questions and hang up . There is no time recording, you need to sit in line for 2 hours! A preliminary appointment to the doctor through the electronic registrar is not carried out, through public services, too (already all institutions of this kind of activity have long switched to the new system), such disgrace is only in the general public bank. The help was rendered by the doctors of Koroty who simply passed by and noticed that I feel bad, agreed with the doctor that I should be taken out of turn, the receptionists and the head doctor answered with a sharp refusal) (it’s a pity that I didn’t remember the name of the doctors who were not indifferent). First of all, it’s bad that there is no appointment with the doctor on time! Even in district clinics, this is already there, and this is a regional clinic where patients from all over the region go, you need to fix it!
