Beautiful view. You can enter the tower, but it is dirty and dangerous. There are no steps, there are holes in the building. Hazardous. It can be seen that there is care outside the territory, but not frequent. I liked that there is a playground for children. With columns part is picturesque. Quite so, but better. Therefore 4 stars
