A very cool concept of rest, interesting bungalows, clean territory, delicious and hearty breakfasts. But! There are remarks, significant in my opinion, but ignored by the managing director Irina. The territory and parking are not guarded. It's about the bungalow. There is not enough lighting in the dark. The bungalow is sooo dirty and dusty. The impression was that the floors had not been washed after the previous occupants. The plumbing is dirty and broken, no toilet paper. The sofa is in dirty stains. Everywhere hair of incomprehensible etymology. There was absolutely no reaction to my comments. The on-site store is a separate disappointment. With a minimal assortment, we took the sausages and inside they were covered with 100-year-old mold. I had to wait on the street while the seller spoke on the phone about personal matters. The prices in the restaurant are definitely overpriced. Upon departure, they did not even ask for feedback. Customer focus = 0. The price-performance ratio does not match. The staff solved all organizational issues in the presence of guests. They wanted to extend their stay, but the desire has disappeared completely.

Quiet and comfortable. Good air. Nice, nice houses. Inside there is a kitchen and a bathroom, a comfortable fold-out sofa, decent and clean dishes. There is a barbecue next to each house. There is a dining area on the veranda. The child really liked the black hens))

Everything would be fine, but there are some BUT !! From the pros: very polite staff, delicious and rich breakfasts! Cons - the road to the administrative building is a solid skating rink, because of this I had to drive a car for breakfast, I would break my legs with a stroller ((and another minus - I didn’t figure it out with heating: it bakes wildly and it's cold at night! Wi-Fi About what! Pictures and videos do not load, only messages. Houses are close to each other, you go for a walk in the evening and you go past other vacationers, and this can be unpleasant for someone! It was boring (((but we were only one year old and 2 nights. Maybe in the summer or if there was a lot of snow, then it would be better

Reasonable prices - a cup of coffee with an espresso 100 rubles. The toilets are clean, there is soap and hot water, toilet paper in abundance. The staff are respectful.
