The ventilation is very noisy in the room. It was impossible to sleep. The noise is intermittent. Loud hum for an hour in the middle of the night, and so on several times. The sound is several times stronger than a working refrigerator. In general, I'm used to the sounds, but here they woke up several times. The hotel has a restaurant where banquets are held even on weekdays. Very loud. Music and singing can be heard in the room very well. Even if you are not over a restaurant. Then the walkers go out to smoke outside under the windows. Very noisy hotel, not for relaxation

The hotel is claimed to be a 4-star hotel. We stayed for 1 night for 2800 rubles, spend the night in Tula, further details. We stopped by in the evening at about 21:00, it turned out that there was a wedding in a restaurant. At the reception, a girl with the face "I am a robot and work for food" assured that "everything will end at 22:00", well, OK, let's go to the room. There is NO refrigerator! There is NO safe! There is only one socket at the TV, there are no beds! And this "4 stars", as they were given - is not clear. The room is as tired as a shabby 15-year-old three-ruble note without renovation somewhere in Turkey. There is mold in the shower stall. Mattress - stuffed with a "bag" 10cm thick, you sit down and feel the board of the bed. I note the excellent water pressure in the shower, this is the only plus. In the morning the toilet cistern broke down, did not collect water. The curtains do not cover all the widths of the windows. The lighting is extremely dim. So, 22:00. Music continues to hammer out of the restaurant. Upon a call to the reception, they assured that "right now, we'll stop everything." Stopped hours until 23:00. After that, drunken cattle, being in the PARKING OF THE HOTEL at the very entrance, yelled until about 02:00 am, why the hotel did not take care of the silence at night on its territory is not clear. Breakfast, choice of either scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs + 1 cream cheese and jam. It's all. Scrambled eggs made perfect as I like. The coffee is bad. Rated 2 stars out of 5 for shower pressure and good scrambled eggs. For that kind of money, 100% can be found better, for example, a 3-star, but really corresponding to its star hotel. Wouldn't recommend.

The restaurant is excellent. Friendly waiters. The kitchen is good. Breakfasts too. But the hotel itself falls short of 4 stars.
