We decided to use the self-service terminal to buy a ticket. There was a long queue, a social card was met and the terminal was frozen, the card was never given back. Cashiers said to write a statement about the return, collectors will remove the card only the next day. As a result, we missed the train, wrote a statement. The card was returned to us by the employees already at the Kursk railway station, since we do not visit Serpukhov often, for which we are very grateful to them. However, the terminals need to be renewed and their number increased.
The station is the twin of many stations located in the Moscow region.

I liked everything very much! A wonderful city by the Oka River, cozy streets with low buildings and old houses, paintings by famous authors are hung on the facades of houses along Sovetskaya Street. There are places for the whole family: parks, squares, squares. We will come again and again: )
