They don’t answer the phones, it’s not possible to get through. How they work is not clear: on one site it is written that today until 18-00, on the other until 20-00. I went to Sberbank to pay the state fee, they said that there are still no details. It turns out that I need to go to the FMS to get the details, then to the bank to pay, then again to the FMS to submit documents, then again to the FMS to get a passport !!!!!!!! I think this is a mockery of citizens!
