First, the instructors brought us 5 minutes later, which they were immediately told about, but they did not correct the time on the bracelets. Secondly, 10 minutes before the end of the time, (a thin tall instructor), rather rudely demanded the children to go downstairs. After our remark, he began to argue with us rudely and insist that he was doing everything correctly and that the instruction time was included in the paid time. As a result, for 500 rubles per person (there were 5 of us), we spent only 40 minutes on the ropes. And 20 minutes is a line, uniforms and instructions. And we climbed almost 2 times less and spoiled the mood with squabbling with the instructor. It seems that the rules of ethics and work with people with instructors were not discussed at all.
