I have different stories with different banks, somewhere negative, somewhere positive. I did not encounter negative in this bank, I saw only positive aspects. It is especially pleasing that making payments through the application is much more profitable than going to the office and there are no queues for commissions.

Today I want to give the bank exactly this assessment. Firstly, I was pleased that I did not have to wait in line (there simply was no line) and spend my time in an empty heap; and secondly, a bank employee helped me with choosing a coupon in the electronic line as soon as I saw that it was difficult for me to decide. This visit to the bank was so quick and comfortable for me that I was charged with a positive mood for the whole day.
