Conveniently located in the very center of Tula, a large post office, with good repair, both external and internal. Any profile issues are solved here simply and easily, at least that's how it was with me. A little fuss and confusion is created by the visitors themselves, not the staff. The hardworking cleaning lady, who washes the floor with some water and bleach, made a special positive impression.

There are no postcards to send. To buy a brand, I waited until only 1 person was served in front of me for an infinitely long time. On Friday, 08/07/2020 at 16.00 only one 2 windows worked. Sent to another window (where they sell magazines and other nonsense), there was also 1 person, and just as unrealistically long! I'm afraid to imagine what happens if there is a queue! As a result, I nevertheless bought the brand, when I was simply already loudly indignant, the employee went to the third window and sold this unfortunate brand. By the way, there was no required denomination (18 rubles), and I had to glue as many as 5 marks. Strange for the city's central post office. I hope they will somehow correct the situation.

Natural garbage. There was a need to send a telegram - and now this can not be done in all branches, and in 2 of them in the city there is no price for services at all. Cards are not accepted for payment.

Dear, what are you worried about shipping from China! In the 12th post office, newspapers and magazines have been living for 2 weeks already by subscription. The branch is not responding to telephone calls. Probably read. It is a pity that the leadership of the Central Post Office do not care for the situation. And you could clean up the order, keep the subscribers, and warn the secretaries so as not to mislead customers - they did not promise to sort out and call back, why should I have asked the phone number, they would send it right away in 12 ward and everything.
