I don’t see the queues already like 2 years, a maximum of 2 people happens, since all the windows work. They will always help, they will solve any question! Today, January 28, 2020, the wife went to the post office to receive six parcels by track number. The clerk issued only five. The wife asked a legitimate question: "Where is the sixth?" The answer was: "See for yourself your track number, but I have no time - I have a turn" ....... At the wife’s request to the operator herself to look at the track number on the phone, she replied that she was not going to watch it on her phone. The answers themselves were rude, bordering on insult. I believe that such people are simply contraindicated in working with people. I ask the management of this post office to carry out outreach with this operator.

The 4th branch works terribly, court letters are stored for 7 days, and the notice itself is sent very late, today, for example, a notice dated August 17 was put in the mailbox, although today is August 28, when 7 days have already left. Take measures, maybe the person will not receive an important letter from the court, which will entail various consequences for himself, and the costs can be assigned to the Post Office

How many times there were, there were no problems when receiving and sending, the staff is normal, if you behave adequately, then there are no problems with the staff. The queues are really awful sometimes. Somehow one day they did not want to give an order with my phone, and for a very long time they checked my data somewhere and TD called. For this minus the star
