Low-level service queued for 3 hours is too much

Of the three cash desks one works. Marinate people for two hours in anticipation came in 7 months. It got worse. The service is terrible huge queues. The staff is terrible. Do everything on roll back. If the central office is so not present what is happening in the branches.
