We picked it up quickly but went to this option for a long time, the manager had a lot of patience) took shape in a little over 2 hours and this is with 2 departments. Regarding the caveats: if you are unlucky and your manager will be on training, and the manager replacing him will disappear and there will be a full house in the car dealership, then you will have to wait as on registration ... True, as a result, the head let the car go, spread the rugs together) there is also a problem according to the imposed dopas, the parts may not appear, they will offer to replace them with something else or wait. :) If you do not take into account the opportunity with the issuance and dopas, then this is an excellent salon. 👍🏻 P.S. But the car was washed without enthusiasm before issuing, there were traces of anticorrosive and dust in covered places. I am satisfied with the provided dopas, they laid out the cabin neatly, there were no jambs. In general, there are jams, but this is due to internal perfectionism, and it is difficult to notice them, because under the hood and behind the engine components.

I changed the rating from five to two because I was quick to evaluate the service. The maintenance of the car went quite quickly, but later it turned out that the manager either forgot to convey our request to the master to drain the water from the washer, or the master himself went to his work in bad faith. As a result, the water froze and difficulties arose along the way. The spouse did not understand, we arrived slowly, but disappointed ...

The salon just sucks. Sheer rip-off. Spare parts are not available, the units are not repaired, they are only replaced with new ones, and prices are generally space. The cardan on the rear Niva costs 12000r. And on the market 3200 rubles. I do not advise anyone to go there.

Refused to service the "warranty" car due to not provided series and passport number! The question is why personal data when servicing a car ??? Refusal of warranty service entails default of AvtoVAZ's obligations!
