Awful. They offer to buy parts at an inflated price. The trade margin is 40 percent, which means that they buy them from someone in Kazan and get overpaid with a margin, such is the calculation for Fool. They are not particularly interested in repairing, apparently there is no workshop, and the services located nearby are cheaper than half voiced.
