I want to express my deep gratitude to the staff of the Formula116 car dealership! We got an excellent manager, thank him very much. He was very kind to our purchase, told everything, showed it, went with us for a test drive, stayed with us from the beginning of the purchase to the end. A pleasant polite girl arranged everything, treated him to Coffee. My husband and I were very pleased. It is very pleasant that such highly qualified employees work in the Formula116 car dealership! We were also satisfied with the car. Although I have not been driving for a long time, I have no complaints or complaints. From attachments for a month of using the car, they only changed the oil, which we were immediately warned about. Thanks again!

Relatives bought a car there. We were very unhappy. Not a single jamb was reported (the car starts up every other time, as it turned out later, the locks are inoperative, the alarm is faulty, even small chips were smeared on the dump). This is just what I remembered myself from a detailed review about buying a car in this salon. In general, to an ordinary buyer, if he does not understand the car, every manager there will offer any obscenities and, when asked about the condition of the car, he will say that everything is fine, even if you sit down and drive right now.

I would like to share my opinion about buying a car in the Formula116 showroom. Looking ahead, I can say that I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. The joy of the purchase faded away as soon as we got home, because when trying to park the car, it simply would not start. As it turned out, the starter was defective and had to be replaced. The manager did not say a word that there could be some problems with the ignition, although, according to his own words, the car was owned for some time by one of the employees of their car dealership and they could not be unaware of such problems. There was no protection on the car. The staff of the car dealership also did not mention anything about this, as, in principle, about any other jamb / malfunction in the car we chose. The key and locks are another story. The key does not open any door, only the ignition lock and fits. No shame, no conscience at the car dealership, even about this to remain silent. I had to urgently replace all the locks. The alarm in general was somehow buggy on the car. Altered, reconfigured, it still does not work correctly, you will have to go to the service providers to reconfigure or install a new one, and this is additional costs, and therefore additional disadvantages to recalling the car dealership in which you bought the car. The handbrake was also faulty, probably if its fault could be hidden, then it would have been hidden. The windshield is only for replacement. The rear shelf, if a wooden board can be called a shelf, also upset. And they did not want to lower the price either for the frontal or for the shelf. And about minor flaws in the form of an absolutely rough and poheristic cleaning of the interior, the same painting of chips and saffron milk caps that do not work with bulbs, I just keep quiet. And the mileage is likely twisted, taking into account all of the above and the policy of the car dealership (one should expect a catch in absolutely everything). In general, the car dealership is disgusting. If you want to be sold a pig in a poke, then you have a direct road to "formula 116".

We arrived appreciated and immediately paid. Unlike other car dealerships, where by phone. the girls say that they are interested in your car, and on arrival around your car go lunts whose task is to throw off 30% of the cost. Thank you and good luck in business!
