Добрый день! Даже 1 звезда - это много для данного салона. Планировали приобрести РАВ-4. Супруга обратилась в салон к менеджеру Сергею и забронировала (внесла предоплату) РАВ-4 с 2 литровым двигателем в необходимой комплектации белого цвета. Менеджер сказал, что есть 1 а/м в наличии. Получили прайс на доп.оборудование, чтобы определиться и выбрать перечень для установки. Менеджер сказал, что после того, как определитесь с аксессуарами, будем согласовывать условия по скидке. Выбрали на 120 тысяч. Покупку планировали с трейд-ином и по трейд-ину все шикарно (оценщик не из тойоты). Позвонили менеджеру и получили информацию, что а/м нет в наличии, начальник не отдаёт, а смогут отдать, если допов возьмём на 300 тысяч. Ближайшая поставка на конец декабря, при этом цену и условия озвучить не могут. Навязывание допов тоже будет возможно такое, а возможно и не будет.😂 Получив такую информацию, запросили по телефону у менеджера телефон начальника салона с целью получить вразумительные объяснения по такому отношению к клиентам - получили отказ. Видимо настолько смелый начальник салона, что влажные штанишки не дают возможности поговорить с клиентами.😂 Японская культура омотенаши (японское гостеприимство) во всей красе, но в российской интерпретации. 😂 Предоплату, естественно, забрали и забронировали не тойоту. Данный брэнд в рамках салона на Декабристов закрыт однозначно. В 21 веке и в конкурирующей среде такое отношение к клиентам точно приведёт к успеху! (Сарказм) Супруге альтернатива тойоты понравилась даже больше, поэтому в конце скажу отдельное «спасибо» менеджеру тойоты сергею шашерину и начальнику салона на Декабристов, который не удосужился даже объясниться и поговорить, когда забирали предоплату - ваш непрофессионализм позволил купить а/м лучше.😉 Уровень дна пробит, тойота на Декабристов 😂👍

Serving already the second Land Cruiser here, I began to think that the times when dealers excuse themselves from the warranty and do everything to make the client come for repairs already for money are over. When buying a car for my wife Audi Q7, I was calm, since the Audi center on Pobedy Avenue also belongs to the TTS. But here I was very wrong. Since everything is different there. The head of the guarantee department Alexey Petrov never calls back there, although the girls on the phone say that he will call you back. They cheat there in the eye. They work reluctantly. They always do not have a problem with a car during diagnostics, but they clean up errors in the block. I know this, since I take a preliminary photo of the mistakes myself. Forced measure of communication with them. Even when I brought a car with an inoperative music system, I specially sat in line in it and did not jam it for 2.5 hours, they did diagnostics for three hours, made a verdict that it was necessary to change the control unit under warranty, and they ordered it for me. Three weeks later, knowing that I would be abroad, they called back and asked to come again, since they forgot to do something. But the problem is not constant and I will not catch it, fly to them, and sit in line for hours. This is all done, because the warranty ends already. The same nonsense with the gearbox. They don't feel the problem that everyone, even female passengers, does. And diagnosticians and guarantors of the Audi center Kazan are not. There were problems with vibrations, which I naturally did not confirm in the diagnostics at the Audi center Kazan, but all the parts under warranty in Samara were easily found and replaced. at the same time they even changed something in the chassis under warranty, although I had no complaints there at all. Fortunately, there is their photo, there is a printout from the program with my requests, and there is a video of the problems that I have repeatedly sent to the receivers in Watsapp. The case is up to the court in general. Calling for quality control there is very strange. The call was once, in which I said about my concerns about the expiration of the warranty, and the presence of unsolved problems. It never happened again 😂. And I would like to, because after the last visit to them, I have a full trunk of water. There was simply nowhere to take, it was empty. I called the city number, but they told me that they did not know where she came from. Damn, I haven't made it home from you yet. Rave. Itself was born in the trunk, probably. Having dried everything on my own, I see that she never appeared again. There was an opinion that the car stood in the rain with the trunk open for all three days (these days it was just walking), or it was poured there on purpose so that I would no longer appear at their place, because the guarantee had run out overnight. What can not be said about Toyota Center, here quality calls are constant. Now I even bring the Audi Q7 to the Toyota Center TTS for the transfer of winter wheels. Long story about why Toyota Center TTS is the best for me!
