Банк мошенник!!! Не рекомендую этот банк проходите стороной! Условия по обслуживанию и списанию по обслуживанию берут от балды суммы разные и даты списания тоже. С дебетовой карты крадут деньги! Онлайн банк показывает одну сумму на самом деле там сумма меньше и транзакции не проводит т.к банк уже украл часть ваших средств и пишет что у вас недостаточно средств! Вот такой банк Фонтамас ;) запросил выписку по счету там сумма итоговая другая и не сходится ни с онлайн банком и не с тем что написали в чате техподдержка! Отвратительный банк в рейтинге чёрных банков номер 1!

I was there 3 times at the checkout. The service is just a nightmare. Ignore questions, pretending to be deaf. On the elementary "Hello!" I’m not supposed to answer them, I guess. Once they asked all customers to go outside for 5-10 minutes to serve the ATM. As a result, 40 (!) Minutes in 15 degrees of frost stood 15 people. The bank is not customer oriented. I will not turn to this bank for anything.

Disgusting service. At the cash desk there is a person who does not know the dollar exchange rate; it is also impossible to find out from other employees. Apparently money is exchanged under the table.

My good gentlemen, with the hope of payment, I turned to your department, the work schedule was written until 7 pm, but as I turned, I could not go. The fucking door in the other banks lets in cards from other banks, your door probably only opens with a kick. The bank is annoying in all its directions both in consumer credit and in servicing.
