The only thing is that there is no sound insulation, the lighting in the house is poor, there are dim lamps, the TV does not work on the second floor. All the same, everything can be eliminated for that kind of money. In the evening it’s dark on the territory, we went with a lantern. Good value for money, the complex is small but cozy, there is parking on site, a fairly spacious wooden house - the six of us were comfortable. A small minus that the house is made in the form of a town house, so there are neighbors on both sides. This time it was noisy. It was freezing around -15, it was cool, especially in the bathroom on the ground floor, but in general the house coped with the cold. There is a gazebo near the barbecue, so in summer, when it's warm, you can eat in the fresh air.

I liked a lot of things for the rest. The only 4 * was in the room coolly explained by the fact that the people have little savings. In my opinion, yes, and others will agree that if people paid for the services, they should fulfill them. But you can’t solve the problem with an electric heat exchanger. And thanks for that.

Small cozy area. Friends rented a house for the family. It’s a little expensive, but because of such places it may not really be - other air, it rests well.
