The doctor and nurse are moderately welcoming. They provided first aid, where the amount was announced, which in the worst case would cost 1 complex tooth in the region of 6000. After that, at the checkout we paid 980 rubles for first aid. The administrator issued just a fiscal check, at my request for a receipt, the administrator said that they have some problems with the program and the receipt will be given to me at the next appointment. The second reception was every other day, where in the first we waited 15 minutes from the time that was assigned to us, and this is already the incompetence of the clinic. Then the story with the announcement of the price of 4195 and this is not the final amount, but you still need to come in a few days to establish a permanent seal. Upon a request for a receipt, a disgruntled administrator is deigned to give a receipt. And all this with such a look as if I were asking her for a favor. I have questions - she does not want to make unnecessary movements? Doesn't she get paid to print receipts? Sorry for the paper? Does the clinic hide its income? All that a doctor does is not legal? In general, it is not clear why a person has such a reaction - to the question of a tax receipt. As a result, they give me two receipts at the second reception and everything seems to be fine. But it was not there. The last third reception, it all started wonderful, everything seemed to be well done to us, recommendations were given. But again, the question of the receipt for the tax directly angered the administrator and it turns out that I need my TIN, a passport (funny to say - almost a certificate of my income) I always have my passport with me and I have the TIN number, but as it turned out, this is not enough to conclude an agreement in this clinic. That is, we treat teeth, we take money, and we receive documents with a fight. How to understand the position of the clinic? A permanent filling was delivered +2870, in total 1 tooth cost us 8000 rubles. 3 visits to the doctor and rudeness of the administrator. Of course, I won’t go there anymore, even to the most friendly doctors, when an angry woman sits there. Here I sit and think, how so? And it turns out I have to be there all the time, I have to warn them, I have to guess all their difficulties. In general, you want a service for your hard-earned money, but you get deja vu in a free clinic where you can be rude and not explain where each trip is a survival quest. I am writing this review to a greater extent for the management of the clinic, all the same I need to take up the mind why such people generally meet from the threshold and escort. If the theater begins with a hanger, does your clinic begin with an administrator? 10.24.2019 year removed the wisdom tooth. Removed painlessly, at the highest level. Just super. The attitude towards customers is excellent.
