It all started with the fact that my husband persuaded me to see an addiction specialist. There are only three more or less clinics in Almetyevsk, and all of them promise anonymity. I chose to go to insight. The first consultation was free of charge with a doctor, who advised to code first. They injected some kind of injection. Then the doctor prescribed procedures (electrical brain stimulation) every 2 weeks. I have already stopped going to him. But my husband and I go to a psychologist (also from insight). Three months of sobriety and normal flight!

Initially, we called a visiting team for my husband to alleviate his condition after a hectic feast. This was our first such experience. He seemed to feel ashamed. Then we went to the Insight doctor, who referred us to the Kazan hospital for treatment. I stayed there for 2 months in the rehabilitation department. Now she is monitored by a psychologist in Almetyevsk 2 times a month. He has not been drinking for more than a year, he has developed an interest in life, and began to stir. We went to the clinic 2 years ago, then the doctor sent us for hospitalization in Kazan, in their hospital. After 3 months of treatment, the husband returned home, and now he goes to a psychologist, works with his desire to use. More than two years of sobriety is an indicator for a 50+ man who has been drinking alcohol all his life.
