Pyaterochka

The nicest store in this network. Always excellent service, young helpful staff. Good assortment and frequent discounts. And - next to work. This is probably my favorite "Pyaterochka" all over Tula!

Often I find expired goods here, I point out this to the sellers, but, Karl, they still leave it, do not clean it (checked personally, I had to return somehow to the store and the delay lay). There was a glaring case at the checkout today. Customer focus "on top". I stood in a long line at the checkout. The second ticket office opened, I switched to it. But then an employee of Pyaterochka cut me off, with his torso not allowing me to go first to the checkout, pushing my goods on the tape, pushing a bottle of some not very useful liquid ahead of me, holding me straight, and letting the second employee of Pyaterochka pass with a completely imperturbable poker face! To say that I was at a loss is to say nothing. Our Russia 🤷‍♀️ shame 😨😰😔

Active and polite staff, clean, up-to-date price tags. I like
