Here, as in the 80s, no changes in the children's approach to treatment have occurred. On the second floor, screaming children in different rooms are surrounded by three adults who, with our eyes, clung to the children and screaming terrible threats about injections, police officers, etc. No adult derogations from these adults are taken; the children cried as if they were killing. One boy had a tooth removed, another was simply treated for caries. All of us present watched this horror film, my mother could not stand it and ran to the head of the dental clinic on the first floor, which we heard indifferent from her: we are not going to answer as a result of the possible consequences of anesthesia, but we don’t like it - go treat elsewhere! It turns out these doctors do not respond and do not treat in accordance with modern standards of medicine. People, in the yard 2020, do not scoff at the little ones! I grew up in Moscow with my brothers and friends and I didn’t see such horror .. we were given painless bumps of 100 rubles each and that’s all, our teeth and nerves are healthy, don’t listen to the threats of the staff of this institution, look for sound doctors!

Today, my granddaughter came to remove the tooth. The stereotypes of free service are gradually breaking. We did not expect such a warm welcome from the surgeon Tatyana Andreeva! Special thanks to her and further success in the profession! Very pleasant, positive, immediately made contact with the child! Throughout the process, communicates, distracts and even jokes! Granddaughter just enthusiastically left the office!
