Мне очень нравится этот КДЦ. Если бы я жила в Авиастроительном районе то совсем бы было хорошо в этом плане! Но я живу у ДВВС и каким-то хитрым способом наши дома прикреплены именно сюда!!! Очень неудобно. А за местных жителей я рада. Все услуги по месту жительства по доступным ценам. Любые снимки, анализы, реабилитация. Само здание удобное и красивое.

I just can't describe how indignant I am! My mom is disabled. She overcame hundreds of kilometers, came to Kazan for an operation. Pre-tested for coronavirus. After 3 days I took the result. With "ready" tests I sat in a kilometer queue to see a doctor. In the office it turned out that the result was a month ago !!! In confusion, she calls the CDC, she is told to wait 10-15 minutes. As a result, she calls herself without waiting. The answer is "we understand". So every 20 minutes. More than an hour later, they offered to send the result by e-mail or whatsapp. As a result, they called and said that the result was dubious and, it turns out, was sent for rechecking! Your employees told the doctor on the phone this. There are many questions for employees: 1. If a person paid for a service, and it was performed improperly through the fault of the performer, someone should be responsible for this. She received an elementary apology after having called 4-5 times she said about it. 2. What analyzes, after an hour of deliberation, did you want to send by e-mail if they were dubious and were sent for recheck? To questions by phone: "How could it happen that a sick person who came to be operated on, through your fault, will sit in the hospital corridor, in a crowd of people from early morning until evening, (taking into account the epidemiological situation, the physical state of a person) and wait for the result?" YOU gave her an analysis a month ago, and not the one for which she came! " I hear the answer in a tense voice, "The girls were wrong, we apologized, talked to the doctor, the issue is settled ..." With whom is it settled? With a doctor? What does the doctor have to do with it? Mom paid for the service! She is experiencing inconveniences! The mistake is YOUR !!! The issue needs to be settled with her !!! The situation happened on 10/27/2020. I hope the reviews are interesting not only to the clients of the clinic, but also to its management!

Came for a second appointment with Dr. Russkikh O.D. The card is on the table, the recording on the computer is open - you can see that we were recorded at 16:20. They sat waiting for us to be called (as usual in general) and the time is already 4:45 pm I see there is no one, we go in, and the doctor also reproaches the gas that we are sitting and waiting. Do you see her next patient soon. That is, she remembers about him, but not about us. If we apply for free under the policy, then we can treat this way like that ?!

Good clinic, quick result. But faced with one problem. Now, in the face of a difficult epidemiological situation, I needed to get a certificate for the tax. Thank you, the documents were accepted by mail, and the certificate was quickly issued. But at the request to scan the finished certificate and send a response letter to my e-mail so that I could sign it and also return the scan, they refused me. It turns out that for help you need to go in public transport, contact in a medical institution, exposing yourself and possible contacts to the unjustified risk of infection with cove. And I will simply scan this certificate and send it online to the tax office. For what? Can the organization’s management resolve this issue? Where else to write?
