There is no service at all at the Integramed clinic in Kazan. It's not the first time they've thrown me. The first time there was an online appointment, which barely took place 45 minutes later than the recorded time due to technical problems. We were tired of setting up, and there was no technical support they promised, and if I hadn't hammered, no one would have connected me. A few months later I needed to see a doctor again, I signed up, and the administrator forgot to sign me up, and if I hadn't called back and wrote to WhatsApp, no one would have remembered me, of course, I had to re-register for another date, which was inconvenient ... Later I had to get tested twice, with an interval of a month, no one could consult me ​​even once, either by phone or by vatsap. Apparently, they have Vatsap just for beauty, because they either simply did not answer me there, or they answered only after a few of my messages a few days later. I'm usually not one of those who leave negative comments, but for several times of such cases - my patience has run out. Terribly unpleasant, complete non-customer focus.
