Although the appointment for the operation was made in advance along with the appointment for diagnostics. They have no information on the delivery time of consumables. Comments in social networks are removed. No apologies were given.

BUT a big claim to the receptionists! Firstly, there are as many as 4 people sitting, but they have never called beforehand either to make an appointment, or to remind them of an appointment based on an existing appointment, as they do in all paid clinics. Secondly, according to the contract, after half a year, an appointment is considered a second appointment and is paid for at a discount, the registry did not explain that a second appointment should be strictly within half a year, and not AFTER, as they said, plus my doctor was on vacation, that is I had to guess and come even earlier - they took it as for the first visit. At the reception, I was prescribed drops, since the cornea was dry, it took a month to drip. Again, the registry did not even hint that if I signed up within a month, the appointment would be free 🤨 they took 1200 rubles again. Customer focus just rolls over I wrote a complaint in the book of complaints and suggestions, left a contact number - it will be seen how often they look at it🙄
