Liars do not keep their promises, Moscow, too, only unsubscribed to the complaint. It was necessary to read reviews before, I think that they deceived. Has been a client since 2008. During this period, the Bank received a huge amount of interest and cash withdrawals. For late payment, the bank received 2 writ of execution without my participation. I applied for full repayment of the debt, they promised to help in early repayment, if I close 3 loans. Where ?? 119,000 rubles were taken from me and still owed. The head of the Bank promised in Kazan, and then they came up with the story that they fired. Money just flew away. Never again contact this bank and I will not advise anyone!

Very poor service and bad attitude to the customer !!! They promised to call back the next day and voice information on the loan registration at 10.00 am, but did not wait. At lunchtime I had to come to work myself, there was no feedback on the phone by phone. The promised interest rate from 11 to 17% unfortunately I did not receive, it was overstated (((In connection with this attitude and uncertainty in the execution of the loan, I decided to cancel the approved loan and completely close the account in this bank! From now on, I will not recommend anyone to your bank and have no further business with you!
