The department itself is very pleasant and fast. But the consultant on duty at the ATMs surprised rudeness. We stood in line for advice on transferring a large amount of money while she was busy with a previous client. A woman entered the department waiting. The consultant became interested in what question she had, completely ignoring us who were standing next to her. I asked to pay attention to us, as we were waiting in line. What I heard from her, "I haven't even been to dinner yet." At the same time, she continued to advise the old woman what details to carry in retirement, another untidy man on the issue of a torn banknote. And we were sent to the hotline with a car purchase and sale transaction. It is not clear whether our faces were particularly unpleasant for this person, or some kind of class hostility ... We did not see the girl’s badge, so I attach a photo.
