Very long service! I just came to pick up a salary card, and the queue is 30 minutes! Can somehow distribute operators by tasks so that it is faster And when I received the card, the operator did not bother to check my passport data in the application. Called me on the phone again and made me wait until she released another client to reissue the application! Obviously incompetent employees

07/07/2020 I went to this branch to resolve my question on the current loan, took a coupon and waited 45 minutes! All right, there would be a queue, 4 employees, two women and two guys are sitting, the guy was serving the client, there was no one else! Sit hmm hm ha ha! Unable to stand it, I approached the woman with my question, I was told that we are busy now, like we will finish the job, after you somebody will call! Just a disregard for his work! Just awful! I could not stand it and left! Everyone needs to be deprived of the prize and fired, and the head of the department needs to think about what kind of leader he is! Shame, VTB has always considered a benchmark among banks

The service is very long, the specialists are not classified. Better to go to another bank !!!!

They took a mortgage in this bank, decided to pay off ahead of schedule, they, in turn, began to look for different reasons not to let us pay off, the main thing is to leave us in their bank !!! I definitely will not recommend this bank to my friends !!!
