1) I use this department for about a year. I buy a service - a bank cell (safe). An employee selling this service imposes on you also insurance against Akbars and says that you cannot refuse from this (I am sure this is not true). I had to buy this unnecessary insurance and then return it back to Akbars Insurance. When after some time I extended the use of the cell, she again handed me documents for the renewal and purchase of new insurance !!! Then I got angry and told her that I didn’t need an imposed product and I don’t have time to return it. And your bad insurance sales (and your sales plans) don't bother me. She said that it makes her impose insurance on the head of the department which at that moment was not. But she took the documents to pay for the insurance and I extended the use of the cell without any insurance! I consider this activity to be in fact criminal / fraudulent (misrepresentation for the purpose of obtaining financial profit) and not permissible in relation to your clients! How many customers have been misled in this way? I don’t know how in Russia, but abroad I don’t think that some court would side with the bank. Most likely the bank would be forced to pay serious compensation to all deceived. Dear Akbars, please deal with this practice in your departments and do not slide down to such a low level; it will not bring you good results but only bad ones. In today's digital society, you better not do that! 2) You can access the safe room and your safe without checking your passport! Two times I got access and my passport was not even picked up! This is a serious security vulnerability that opens the door to various schemes for gaining access to someone else's cell! You can also do not fill out a log of a safe and a safe room visiting room.
