Came at 10:05. I've been in line for 45 minutes. You need to pick up the reissued card. Two specialists are working very slowly. Why are there 5 jobs here if 2 work? I highly do not recommend Kazan residents to use the services of this bank, you will be disappointed if you need to visit a branch. Fortunately, I mostly go to the Moscow offices, there are no such problems.

Always the turn! Rude, rude ... A maximum of two managers work, one cash desk! Disgusting attitude to our customers! They do not speak among themselves at work !!!! One plus parking!

Despite the fact that a comfortable sofa for waiting, not a very cozy office. Professional service, well know their products. Two employees quickly served a queue of 6 people. All these people were satisfied.

A full-fledged office of this bank was recently opened in Kazan. The impression from the visit is bad. Sour faces of employees, completely unfriendly attitude towards customers. As if he came to Sberbank 10 years ago. It feels like the employees are just doing a favor in serving customers. I do not recommend !!!

I wanted to open a regular checking account and a debit card there. The employee I turned to did not say hello, did not smile. She practically did not answer questions or gave incorrect information (for example, she said that interest on the balance was not charged, although, as it turned out from the booklet that was lying right there, there was interest), she knew almost nothing about the product under discussion, although it was the most basic. I talked about personal matters on the phone during invoice registration. She offered to sign a form stating that I agree with a certain document with a long title ("Conditions adopted by the bank's board ...") When I asked her if I could get acquainted with these conditions, she started talking complete nonsense. For example, she said that these are "complex conditions". And that's all. That was the end of her argument. Well, yes, I say, so be it. Let them be complex. Can I get acquainted with them? Can't I agree with them without seeing them in the eye? After that, she said - "We have merchandising in the corner, get acquainted with what you want. But if you don't want to, you can not open an account at all") This is despite the fact that account maintenance is quite expensive for them. In short, I didn't open an account there, I didn't sign anything. But the funny thing is that I started receiving messages like "Dear client! UniCredit Bank opened a card for you, you can get it in a few days at the branch ()". This is exactly what it says - "in days" and "in the department ()". Yes, there was also a second employee - so he stared at the phone all the time and did not even raise his head.
