Great service. On the second day of a constant attempt to get through, I succeeded. However, the answer was: “Come up with your passport” and after that they hung up. But I just wanted to know if the card was reissued or not, did the answer to this question require my personal presence? o_o P.s. The only thing that can justify is if their phone is torn from customer calls. However, in two days the phone was never busy with them - they simply did not pick up the phone. A new version of "polite" customer service?

Often ATMs do not work. You can withdraw cash from 4 ATMs, but more often 2 of them are exactly in an inoperative condition. This time, 3 out of 4 did not work. Service in the office itself at C grade. Some employees are simply awfully incompetent and slow

Very poor service, some employees are not competent, because of her mistake I had to go to the bank branch several times, even the word sorry was not heard
