But here is office 1157, where you need to pay for services .. this is something .. first sign up, then take a coupon, then wait .. out of 6 tables only 2 work, everything is very long, people wait ... We are newcomers to get to 10 o'clock for an ultrasound scan, I have to arrive at 7 o'clock. If medicine is paid, then why are the queues like in free?

Terrible place, terrible staff. A beautiful seven-story building - that's where the positive end. We wanted to see a neurosurgeon. At the reception they answered the phone, there is no record, come by the hour, there is a live queue. When asked how long it takes, they answered that until the last client. If no one is there, the doctor leaves. We arrived early at 12.40 .... It turned out that in order to get to the doctor, you first need to get to the cashier. At the box office they answered, you must first sign up. And in the registry - about 30 people in line. Everything is mixed up, and to the doctors, and to take a smear on covid. The streams are not separated in any way. Everything is in the common corridor. From time to time, aunts in dressing gowns come and take people to the reception without waiting in line. When asked who is the senior, they are sent to the clinic. We are sitting, waiting for an hour. Let's see how it all ends. I'm finishing it. At 13.33 the doctor came out, said that he was leaving and not to make an appointment anymore. That's all. People were outraged that they had already come from the villages 3-4 times. "Everything for people". It's easier to die than to go to the hospital.
