Before the trip to Kazan, we were looking for places where you can eat deliciously, went to the Bachelor's Shelter, and ended up in the HP bar. Very tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, the staff called out beyond anyone. It is understandable why even at lunchtime you can eat a full seat

Surprisingly, initially my wife and I went to a different restaurant, which is located next to Ph Bar. But the taxi driver, by a happy coincidence, dropped us off exactly near Ph Bar, which we do not regret a bit. We fell in love with this lovely bar-restaurant! An amazingly harmonious place! Service level and high-class cuisine, taking into account an individual approach to each client. Incredible mussels, avocado melting in your mouth, perfectly fresh scallops. Beef steak goes well with baked sweet potatoes. The wine list impresses with its rich assortment. We sincerely love Ph Bar and heartily recommend everyone to visit this harmonious place.

Nice modern place in the center of Kazan. Our Kazan friends recommended this place to us and we were not disappointed! Relaxed atmosphere, several separate chill-outs, very friendly staff and a great wine list! If you add a very interesting food menu, then this is a great place! My compliments to the manager!

I visited by sheer chance: a friend booked a bar instead of the bachelor’s shelter itself. But I did not regret it at all! The cuisine is amazing, the sauce in the pasta with caviar is simply subdued! And the portions are very satisfying, which is nice. Drinks and service are also on par. Prices are above average, but this is expected, because the place (in every sense) is respectable. It’s great to have a business lunch here, as well as sit with friends and relax.
