They called back, found a spare part, asked for consent to a reserve (here is an advantage in comparison with MB KAN AVTO, there it was necessary to go to the salon and make an advance payment). Of course, I was not happy with the long wait, but did not focus on this, since the result was positive. We transferred the call to the service department to clarify the scope of work again. And then an unpleasant moment happened: it turned out that there was no record for 12/02/20. This of course angered me. The time for me was not booked and someone managed to sign up. I have been serving my car for more than 5 years with you. There were always only positive emotions. I repeatedly recommended this service to my friends. They even came from Ryazan to be served. This situation, of course, would not have led to a change in the service, since there is a credit of trust in the master inspectors, Pavel Kravashkin and Andrey Golubev, but not a pleasant aftertaste would remain. The head of the department connected, admitted a failure in the work system, signed up for the service, made a nice bonus. In general, I was satisfied with everything. Everyone has mistakes, the main thing is that they recognize them and find ways to resolve the conflict.
