Usually happy with this place. And today, 12/11/2020, I didn't like it there. Came to roll over the car insurance. Came in, I was told: "See, I'm busy! Come out, wait! I waited 30 minutes - no result. Left !!! Dear management, if you are reading this, teach how to communicate politely between employees and clients. How to solve this problem.

We tried to buy a Lada 4x4 car there. The day before arriving in Kazan, we talked on the phone, the manager filled up Alsou, chose a car, decided on a complete set, agreed that the chosen car would not be sold to anyone, and we will arrive tomorrow and pick it up. Before leaving, they called the salon and clarified the availability of the selected car, we were assured that everything was according to plan, come. On the way, at the entrance to the city, just in case, they called the salon again, and it turned out that our manager had changed, his name was Ruslan, who said that he would meet us. In the salon, they began to dissuade us from buying this particular car and offered other cars, they spoke their teeth so to speak. It was possible to find out what the reason was only through the head of the sales department. It turned out that the car we had chosen was booked and not for sale !!! That is, the salon employees initially knew about the impossibility of this transaction, and knowing that people came from far away and aimed at buying, they tried to sell us a car that did not meet our requirements. Nobody apologized to us for outright mockery, and we were faced with outright disrespect, left the salon, writing a corresponding review in the book of complaints and suggestions. Surely they have ways to eliminate our record, which was clear from the ears: "Write, write, we do not care about you ...". And no one will return us the time lost, the money spent on the trip and the moral loss. Be careful, the salon uses different (gray) schemes for selling, and managers are not always honest with customers, who knows what else they might throw out. On the website of the car dealership, I wrote about this, but my appeal to the manual successfully disappeared.

In general, very good. All specialists are great. Enjoyed the service. The work is not entirely coordinated, but this is not a Mercedes, where sales are simply aerobatics. I am satisfied with the visit, the choice is not great, and the market segment that interests me too. There was no car of interest for a test drive, I did not make the final choice, but the salon staff worked quite well.
