They were settled more than once, as a room for three people was needed. Each time there was another incident. 1. The entrance door to the room did not close. They asked us to install a lock, they say, if you want the room to be locked with a key. 2. In the afternoon, during our absence in the room, they rented it to others, apparently, for a couple of "watch". 3. For five days I never cleaned the room, did not take out the garbage. But nothing of the change of towels and no speech. 4. Booked at one price, on arrival voiced another. 5. Did a comment about the leakage of plumbing (toilet). No reaction. Constantly asked to fix something. Probably greatly save on the maintenance staff, like a guests.

Solid 4. Spend the night on the road or live a few days on business. Located in the very center of the city. I lived in a double room for 1300 per day, with shower and toilet, the room has a balcony. Everything is not new, of course, but clean and well maintained.
