We were pre-registered with the doctor. When they arrived we were told that the doctor was on sick leave and in general that we were not registered. We asked them to look again. It turned out that they wrote us down in a notebook and forgot to drive it into the computer. No more foot there ... And no one called us ... This is your oversight !!!
