Building Town Market

I bought a container for water. Ordered home delivery. When the container was unloaded from the car, it turned out that it was used (at the bottom of the container there was a white sediment, as it turned out from PVA glue). I paid like a new one (price 5,000 rubles). My husband yelled at me like an idiot. Moreover, I forgot to add, when paying it turned out that there was NO cashless payment.
