A small piece of the UAE in Tatarstan, the hotel territory is large, luxurious, you can ride a bike throughout the territory, enjoying all the beauty of nature and the architecture of the building. The design of the hotel is amazing, the outdoor pool is sun loungers, everything is clean and tidy, a nice view of the Volga. In the spa area, everything is fine, except, of course, the prices саnu and the sauna for some reason was cold, there were 2 days and both days are the same. The food is very tasty, I liked everything, the service is only slow, and there is a pre-order system, although there were not so many guests at dinner. But these are trifles, in general, I strongly advise you to get out of the bustle of the city to the luxurious Kol Gali hotel !!!

An excellent hotel, it deserves all five stars. Looks amazing, and the service is on a level - there are swimming pools, a thermal zone, bike rental, and you can ride throughout the territory. There is also a transfer service from the station, and you can choose the type of transport. For this level of service, the price is quite reasonable, and there are no questions.

Luxurious hotel! With a huge number of additional services for a great holiday. Excellent breakfast buffet. Courteous staff. Cleanliness at all levels. I would like to add a hookah or a zone for it, because there is a territory for smokers, but not for hookahs, it is unfair!

At KolGali resort and spa everything is thought out to the smallest detail, we came here with our family to celebrate our wedding anniversary, to relax. Each of us found something to do to our liking. My husband rode a bicycle, my son was having fun in a children's club, I went to SPA procedures. But we all met in the pools. Huge, clean, warm pools. The son began to swim more confidently, found friends. Kol Gali has a delicious, varied buffet. They even pour champagne. You feel very comfortable and safe there. The room service works quickly. In general, all issues are resolved by the staff instantly. There is a mobile application. The room has an ideal temperature and silence.

The price for the room and service is overpriced. A very expensive restaurant, from which they can simply be kicked out because of the pseudo-dress code. The area is large, but there is not much to do. A small pool where all the guests gather. This is probably the only thing that is included in the overpriced room. Food prices are higher than expensive Tokyo, for example. However, bringing food and drinks into the Hotel is prohibited. Like this. Complete disappointment. It's a pity you can't put minus 5. This is not a 5 * Hotel, this is a 3 *
