The bed is double, and the blanket is single, when I asked for a second blanket, the administrator brought his own blanket, dirty, smelly, and in a dirty duvet cover. Then, as it turned out, the administrator was not an administrator at all, and after a couple of hours a "real administrator" knocked on our door. I told him about the dirt and the terrible state of the room, for which I received rudeness, obscenity and rudeness. And it turned out that it was also impossible with animals (we were with a Labrador), but at the same time it was indicated that it was possible with pets. They refused to move us to the originally booked room! Then this supposedly "real administrator" called another administrator (the cycle of administrators in the hotel))) began to tell him on the phone that we smoke in the room, and we have too many things)) that we are charlatans and refuse to pay, that we provoke him and other lies! There were threats against us, in the end they just swore at us and kicked us out !! THIS IS THE MOST AWESOME HOTEL THAT I SAW !!!
