And at the end she also said that there is a shortage of fluoride in our area, so we decided to fluoride our teeth. And this is the best thing you can think of in modern dentistry! Because usually after cleaning, sensitivity increases, but this time fluoridation smoothed out the enamel, and I eat calmly. 5 stars )

I thought that since my childhood, dentistry has taken a step forward. I was wrong. As you enter the office, the smell is the same as in all dentistry. In the office, 3 doctors are taking in at once, the screams of other children from both sides fell in our direction, mine were shocked and did not want to show. I have no idea how you can be treated there. One doctor was all nerves telling the girls to let them see, since she still has a lot to do. Dear Parents, if you have the opportunity, it is better to go to the paid one. There, at least in the office, several patients are not at the same time and no one is rushing.

Good day! It's hard to get through, but ok, I got through. My children have an appointment with a doctor, which is on sick leave, we found out when we came to the appointment, but there were no problems, it was replaced, but we wanted to see Mukhtarova, so they asked to rewrite us. They signed us up for 08/14/2020, but they said on 08/13/2020 to call and clarify whether our doctor left the hospital or not. The girl who just answered the call said that the doctor did not know whether the doctor came out or not, because she does not work with her on a shift. Is this a joke? How does the person sitting at the reception not know, or does not know what kind of nonsense?

Nightmare attitude towards patients. They came from another city specifically to cure the child's teeth. The child is 1 year 9 months old. At a preliminary consultation, a treatment plan was prescribed, and a list of tests was given. We spent a lot of time getting all the tests and waited a long time for the day to be appointed. In the end, they told me to come, I specifically asked for time off from work. The treatment was prescribed at 13.00 (the child cannot be fed for 4 hours before the treatment). In response to the remark that they had not been appointed for the morning, they rudely remarked: "Why, your child loves to eat so much that he cannot tolerate ?!" We arrived at the clinic, an anesthesiologist comes out, who in a rude form expresses bewilderment that the child does not weigh 16 kg, as it turns out, she was told before (remember, the child is 1 year and 9 months old, a girl). The anesthesiologist continued to be rude ("You can't tell me the volume, how much the baby has eaten breast milk", "I'm here deciding whether the operation will take place or not"). As a result, she generally went into the office, refusing to carry out the operation. As a result, from a conversation with the head of the department, we learn that they do not treat such young children at all (for treatment we had to do intubation). The question is why it was impossible to weigh the child at the consultation, before prescribing tests and drawing up a treatment plan? (The head of the department did not answer). As a solution, the DRKB proposed, but they are also not sure about the treatment. The results of "treatment" by the "specialists" of the 9th stomatological clinic: 1) paid for the consultation (in fact, useless); 2) 2 weeks of collecting useless tests with a visit to the district hospital in conditions of Covid-19; 3) 3 days for which I had to take time off from work; 4) on the day they were supposed to be treated, they tortured the child for 4 hours without food or even a drop of water; 5) the teeth remained untreated. The very relish of this story is never free treatment, we are talking about services that cost almost 50 thousand rubles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POLYCLINIC, PURPOSE YOU WILL
